In-House Testing and Inspection
To maintain consistent quality, we operate an in-house metallurgical laboratory and a standard inspection room. Quality checks are performed at every stage, including steel bar inspection, forging, annealing, turning, heat treatment, grinding, assembly, and final packing. Both regular and random inspections ensure high precision and reliability.
1. Forging
At precise automotive company uses high-quality steel SAE 52100 or 100CR6. The steel bar is inspected first, then heated and forged into bearing shapes using precision dies. This process increases the strength and durability of the material by refining its internal grain structure.


2. Annealing
Forged parts are heat-treated to relieve internal stresses and soften the material for easier machining. Improves ductility and toughness with reduced hardness, strength, machinability and dimensional stability.
3. Turning
The next process is turning in which CNC machines shape the annealed rings to precise dimensions and surface finishes.Delivers consistent accuracy and reduces material waste, ensuring smooth operation.


4. Heat Treatment
In heat treatment process, components are hardened and tempered under controlled conditions to achieve required mechanical properties. Increases wear resistance, hardness, and durability of the bearing rings.
5. Grinding
Precision grinding achieves exact dimensional tolerances and high surface finish. Ensures minimal friction, proper fit, and optimal performance during rotation.


6. Inspection & Testing
Each bearing undergoes dimensional, visual, noise/vibration, and functional testing.
Assures customers receive only bearings that meet or exceed performance standards.
7. Assembly
All components are assembled in a clean, controlled environment with strict adherence to design tolerances.Guarantees smooth, quiet operation and consistent quality across batches.
